S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc., in conjunction with Van De Wiele of America and MarkPiercePoole Properties, Inc., designed and constructed this new 27,774 s.f. facility on South Lakes Drive in South Point Business Park in SW Charlotte. It features tilt-up concrete panels, conventional steel framing and a 20 ft. clear height.
The building was designed to consolidate the Van De Wiele group of companies into a single building and serve as their North American Headquarters. It includes an 8,500 s.f. office and showroom area for this major supplier of textile machinery for carpet and velvets.
