Crescent Resources selected SC Hondros & Associates, Inc. to design and build this 600,110 s.f. pre-cast concrete and steel structure. It serves as a distribution warehouse facility for retailer TJ Maxx. The structure - measuring nearly 14 acres under one roof - was at the time of construction the largest build-to-suit facility in North Carolina. It features super-flat concrete floors, 25' and 46' clear heights, 20,000 s.f. of office space and an additional 133,840 s.f. mezzanine.
