This 5,000s.f., 2-story restaurant replaced the landmark structure on West Trade Street after the owners were forced to move to make way for a new transportation center. Design challenges included maximizing the utilization of this narrow sliver of land to accommodate the owner's needs in a twenty foot wide by one hundred twenty foot long structure. Building features seating for 146, balconies with a view of Ericcson Stadium and a second floor patio with views of the city skyline
