This 32,500 s.f. facility serves as the corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility for PART, Inc., a specialty plastic injection molding company. Located in the new Westgate Business Park in Clover, S.C., this facility is directly adjacent to the Jameson Corp. project that S.C. Hondros had completed the previous year. It features corporate offices and conference facilities, spaces for design and fabrication, manufacturing space for the plastic injection molding components, as well as storage and distribution facilities. The project was constructed with concrete site-cast/tilt-up wall panels featuring a variety of horizontal and geometric reveal patterns. The building is designed to accommodate a significant addition on the site, with the wall panels being removable and reusable on the new walls of any future addition
