This twelve unit shopping center structure features a pre-engineered metal frame with brick-veneer front and sides and a CMU block back wall. In order to maximize visibility from the street, it was designed with a 35’ high façade and a canopy that extends over the entire length of the colored concrete walkway underneath it. Other features that add to the overall visual impact of the building include Gypsum Reinforced Fiberglass Concrete (GFRC) columns, three brick accent bands and one EIFS accent band with intricate details.
