Marriott Distribution Center

S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. completed this 205,200s.f. spec. building for developer Crescent Resources.  It features load bearing tilt-up concrete wall panels, a 26’ clear height and 44 dock doors.  The Marriott Corporation occupied 90,420s.f. in this building.  Their space included a 46,128 s.f. freezer, cooler and cool dock area, 37,292 s.f. of dry storage area and a 7,000s.f. office area.  Scheduled to be completed in six months, the actual construction duration took less than four months.
