Impressed with the quality of our first project in Lancaster Business Park, Lemforder Corporation selected S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. to design and build their first American facility. Their site is located across from Synteen Technologies, a project that S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. had completed the previous year. The Lemforder facility features pre-cast concrete panels, structural steel frame, and an interior clear height of 24’ to support the manufacturing processes of this automotive parts maker. The office portion of the project is constructed with a steel structural frame, light gauge metal studs, and has a brick veneer with ribbon windows.
