This facility, an indoor baseball training facility, is designed to accommodate a variety of activities. The insulated pre-cast concrete wall panels are detailed with circular reveals painted to resemble baseballs. The baseball design motif was also carried forward with a concrete and brick paving detail at the entrance. Located in a Matthews business park, the facility is also designed so that it can easily be adapted to different commercial uses in the future.
