Captain's Galley

S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. worked directly with the developers/owners to design and construct the newest addition in their chain of regional seafood restaurants. One of the largest mixed-use centers in the small town of Waxhaw, NC, this facility houses a 8,271 s.f. Captain’s Galley seafood restaurant that seats 298 people and an additional 6,148 s.f. of retail space divided into six suites ready to occupy. The building is constructed of conventional steel framing with brick veneer. The façade was developed to relate directly to the original historic town center structures, including fenestrations and other traditional elements.
