Along with their new administrative headquarters building, Cabarrus County Schools asked that a new 20,000s.f. pre-engineered maintenance facility be located on the 35 acre site to enable them to purchase and store their maintenance materials in more efficient and economical quantities. In addition, this facility will house the carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and administrative staffs for facilities planning and maintenance and features 10 individual offices to accommodate their needs.
