This 588,000 s.f. corporate headquarters for Belk Department Stores represents the largest single office project ever completed by S.C. Hondros & Associates, Inc.. Designed by the Atlanta architectural firm of Smallwood Reynolds Stewart & Associates, this project houses Belk's administration, information systems, food services, and merchandising departments as well as three showroom facilities. Developed as a build-to-suit project by Childress Klein Properties, this project illustrates our ability to offer high quality, yet competitively priced services in both the design/build and the traditional plan-spec-bid construction markets.
